| Ramzy graduated from Ain Shams University in 1965 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geology. He has over 40 years experience in oil and gas exploration, development, production, technical and operational management, with organisations including Amoco (now part of BP plc), St. Joe Minerals, Total, Cities Services (now part of Occidental Petroleum), and Lundin Petroleum. | ||

| Hisham has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, from Georgia State University. His 10 years’ experience in Corporate and Investment Banking includes time spent with HSBC Bank Egypt and BNP Paribas Le Caire. He joined Seenopex as in 2008. | ||
